◾️About the application form

Clubs can manage multiple registrations.

Please fill in the registration details in Excel or by hand, then register online while referring to the details.

If you are unable to register online, please download this and send it by email.

◾️Registration Fee

Registration fee: 45,000 JPY

Registration fee includes 2 dinners and excursion fee (lunch on 2 August included).

Hotel charges are not included.

Cancellation fees for registration fees are as follows. Refunds will be made without delay after the convention.

After 14 July : of registration fee

After July 28: 100% of the registration fee (non-refundable)

Registration start and deadline：1st of February 2025 to 11th of July 2025

◾️Registration Unit

Registration can be done either individually or in groups of clubs.

If you are registering as a group, please appoint a "representative" to represent your group. All correspondence will be sent to the "Application Representative".

◾️Payment

All registrations will be settled by "Paypal". Please follow the instructions.
